Stride Forward Counseling

The Fun Bio

My clients describe me as kind, compassionate, and non-judgmental. I try to bring a lot of humor to my sessions and will may say a curse word here and there. I like to meet my clients where they are. I love watching TV, listening to podcasts, spending time outside and if I could, I would live on a boat in the ocean and scuba dive every day. I love listening to music (Country specifically), fashion and spending time with my children. I also am a huge Harry Potter fan. My husband would describe me as very patient and enjoys a good joke. I like to be a calm space for my clients.
